When will my orders arrive? I have not received anything yet.
It may be that you ordered a freebie that requires further instruction
from Christianity Freebies in order to get the freebie. On each individual
freebie offer page where further instructions are required, there
is a sentence stating that the offer requires further instructions,
which you will get by email. Every order submitted receives a confirmation
email from us immediately. Within this confirmation email will be
further instructions for each offer ordered that requires you do
something else in order to get the offer. For offers like magazines
ordered, it can take up to 6 weeks to receive the freebie, so please
be patient. We are not responsible for any undelivered freebies.
You can also view your order confirmation information online at
any time by logging into your account
and you can also resend your confirmation emails to yourself from
there if you wish.

Can I request freebies for friends or relatives?
We cannot accept orders for anyone other than yourself. Please
do not sign up another person. Use our Tell
a Friend service and we will e-mail them so they can order the
freebies themselves.
Can I get a quantity of freebies for an event or to distribute
to others?
Each freebie offer is generally for a single free sample. Our web
site does not allow multiple orders of a particular freebie. Requests
for larger quantities of a freebie or for donations of freebies
cannot be accepted. We do not stock any of the freebies ourselves
— they are shipped by the companies and organizations that offer
them. Please do not use the contact form to request freebies.
I'm having trouble placing my order.
If you need technical assistance, please describe in detail the
steps you took leading up to the problem. Include the exact wording
of any error message you receive; if possible, copy and paste the
error message into the contact form. (First be sure that you have
filled in the correct fields on the checkout page, and that cookies
are enabled.)
Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail?
You or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be using an e-mail
filter that is rejecting our e-mails. You may need to set the software
to accept e-mail from us (service @ ChristianityFreebies.com), or you may
need to contact your ISP. If you're ordering from work, your workplace
may be blocking non 'work-related e-mails'. It's also possible that
your mailbox may be full. Also, be sure your e-mail address is typed
correctly.
Do you have a printed catalog that you could mail to me?
Christianity Freebies does not have its own printed catalog. Our
web site is the only listing of our freebies.
Can I get personal help or advice?
Please try to limit questions to the web site, freebie orders, or
advertising. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to questions
on subjects beyond this scope, such as personal advice, financial
assistance, job searches, or help with homework.
