How can you really offer everything for free, including
membership?
Our advertisers pay for the costs of running Christianity Freebies, which
is how we can offer everything absolutely free. Advertisers are paying to
attract those who might be interested in what they have to offer and get
them to sample their offers at no risk.

How do I order freebies?
Simply browse to items of interest and place them in your shopping cart.
When you have all the items you want, simply click the Checkout
button at the bottom of your cart on the shopping cart page. This will
take you to the Checkout page. If you are a New User, enter
your email address where it says "New users, enter your email
address to begin Checking Out"
You must use a valid email address if you want to get your order confirmation
and further instructions on how to get certain freebies (if the freebie
requires you receive further information on how to get your freebie).
You must also provide your exact mailing address if you want to actually
receive your freebies from the organization providing it to you. When
you place an order you will receive an order verification email immediately.
If you do not receive an email confirmation from your order within 24
hours, please contact us. Please make sure you
have a valid email address and mailing address or we cannot deliver your
order.

What if I did not receive my confirmation email?
You can go to "Your Account" which
is linked at the top of every page and resend to yourself confirmation
emails for any of your orders.

How do I cancel my order if I am no longer interested
in receiving what I ordered?
Christianity Freebies only posts free offers presented by the organizations representing
the freebie offers. Many offers require additional instructions be sent
to you from Christianity Freebies on how to obtain the free offer ordered (usually
a link provided to an online form to fill out), which are included in
your confirmation email that comes immediately upon ordering. For these
offers, you don't need to cancel. Just do not follow through with the
instructions. Some offers are set up so the order goes immediately and
directly to the organization who posted the offer for order fulfillment.
Once an order is placed for these freebies, there is no way to cancel
the order. We do not contact organizations regarding orders. You would
need to contact the company directly.

How long will it take to get my freebies?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your freebies. In many cases they
will come much sooner, but some offers can take up to 6 weeks.

What do I do if I have a problem with a freebie I
received?
Once you receive your freebies, you must deal with that company directly
if you have any problems. Christianity Freebies is not responsible for
any freebies that are not delivered or that you have any problem with
once received. If you have any problems contacting the company, you may
contact us for assistance in getting you their
contact information.

Is there a limit to how many freebies I can request?
You can choose up to 10 freebies per order from the hundreds of freebies
available. Most members order at least one of our Featured
Freebies, but there are hundreds in our general listing and New
Offers pages.

How do I become a member?
You become a member at the time of placing your first order during the
check out process. To become a member, click the "Checkout"
button when you have freebies in your shopping cart and you will be brought
to a first page that takes your membership information and allows you
to put in your login information for future use.

How do I order freebies for another person?
Our advertisers require that a person ordering their free offer has had
a chance to review the offer and make the decision to order through Christianity Freebies.
Therefore, you are not able to order free offers for other people.
The best thing to do is to tell them to go to our website, or send them
any free offers directly using our Tell
A Friend service. We'll email your that person and they are able to
click right to it on Christianity Freebies, where then can proceed to order it, if
they want.

If I live outside of the U.S., can I still order?
Yes, but only offers that indicate that they are available worldwide.
There are offers only available to those in the U.S. and Canada. If you
are residing outside the U.S. and Canada, you will not be able to check
out with freebies that are restricted to the U.S. and Canada.

How do I change my mailing address or e-mail address?
You can do this within your account. Click on the 'Your
Account' link found at the top right corner of every page. Once you
login by entering your on-file email address and password, you'll pull
up your account record page and can update any field you wish. You can
also modify your information during the checkout process any time you
place a freebie order. PLEASE NOTE: Many freebies are delivered by
email to your email address the instant you confirm your order. So
watch for emails from Christianity Freebies, and make sure you have an up-to-date,
valid email address in your account. Otherwise, we will not be able to
deliver your order.

How do I take my name off your mailing list?
You can choose to cancel your Christianity Freebies membership at any
time. To do so, simply contact us and make your
request. Please note that companies that have your name due to previous
orders you placed on Christianity Freebies would have to be contacted
directly in order to be removed from their list.

How do I go about submitting a freebie on your site?
We are always looking for great freebies to add to our site. To submit
your request, fill out our online form and
tell us about your free item. We will determine if it is an offer we would
like to post and will contact you by email. Make sure you clearly read

Can I get a quantity of freebies for an event or
to distribute to others?
Each freebie offer is generally for a single free sample. Our web site
does not allow multiple orders of a particular freebie. Requests for larger
quantities of a freebie or for donations of freebies cannot be accepted.
We do not stock any of the freebies ourselves — they are shipped by the
companies and organizations that offer them. Please do not use the
contact form to request freebies.

If you need technical assistance, please describe in detail the steps
you took leading up to the problem. Include the exact wording of any error
message you receive; if possible, copy and paste the error message into
the contact form. (First be sure that you have filled in the correct fields
on the checkout page, and that cookies are enabled.)

Why didn't I receive a confirmation e-mail?
You or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be using an e-mail filter
that is rejecting our e-mails. You may need to set the software to accept
e-mail from us, or you may need to contact your ISP. If you're ordering
from work, your workplace may be blocking non 'work-related e-mails'.
It's also possible that your mailbox may be full. Also, be sure your e-mail
address is typed correctly. You can also view your confirmation information
online at any time by logging into your account
and you can also resend your confirmation emails to yourself from there
if you wish.

to me?
Christianity Freebies does not have its own printed catalog. Our web site is the
only listing of our freebies.
Can I get personal help or advice?
Please try to limit questions to the web site, freebie orders, or advertising.
Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to questions on subjects beyond
